Gawain 0 #3 March 16, 2008 I think I've seen that before, can't remember. Either way, I have the same line of thinking that he does, though my scope looks at more than Saudi Arabia. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! Amazon 7 #7 March 16, 2008 After having been on TDY to the Kindom of Saud once upon a time.... I really do believe we invaded the wrong damn country... MOST of the 9/11 muderers were from THE KINGDOM. Until the west recognizes the Wahhabists for what they are... there will be no peace.... and that will only come AFTER one faith or the other destroys the other. THEY do not want to live in peace with any other religion.. they know nothing of freedom of religion.
misaltas 0 #8 March 16, 2008 Hmm. You're a westerner who happened to have been to ksa back when, didn't like what you saw, so conclude that they deserve invasion. I'll just set that one aside for the moment. Obl recruited saudis specifically to drive a wedge between us/ksa relations. So your response is either exactly how obl intended to control american emotions, or you agree with him that the us is wrong to keep holding hands with the monarchy (gwb literally). I mean, it's tough for me to disagree with you, so I won't, but do you see how obl is winning this chess game against us? And using warped evil to do so?Ohne Liebe sind wir nichts
Amazon 7 #9 March 16, 2008 I am saying that if King George II wanted to build a democracy somewhere... Saud would have been a better place to start. ( yeah like that was gonna happen.. we dont even have one here nor does King George support one) Just my opinion.. but I found little there to endear me to them or to their fanatical bullshit. And if this DUMBASS and his family was not inbto kissing the Saud Royal ASSES quite as much..and doing thier bidding....AND if he could actually keep his eye on the ball and finish the job in Afghanistan first.. they could have Bin Ladens head on display at the White for all I care for him and his murdering friends. But George just aint the sharpest spoon in the drawer if you know what I mean.

Osama & Al Quaeda's goal is to destroy the House of Saud. They see America as propping up what they feel to be an evil ruler. Amazon 7 #12 March 16, 2008 It would remove one of their prime STATED reasons... BUT the Saudis have fosterd their holy war and its come back to bite them in the ass..all the better reason to actually take that reason away from OSAMAs boys to use against the west. Trouble is there is too much support in the royal family itself for a world wide jihad against the west. They want to spread their brand of religion in any way they can to all of the unbelievers... in ANY way they can.

Amazon 7 #14 March 16, 2008 So the right wing solution.. another nice little war by the NEO CONS against another oil rich nation to get gas prices up over $6.00 a gallon here. That makes all those marginal wells in the Intermountain west and Texas... worth billions more to the Administrations friends and members.

Skyrad 0 #18 March 18, 2008 Some of his points were on the money however the fact that they were made by a small minded little englander who doesn't see the irony in his xenophobic rant against 'intolerance and hatred' who revels in hs ignorance of mispronouncing the word Saudi and decieves by insinuating that the Catholic chemist who wanted nothing to do with birth control was actually a Muslim make me think what a total twat.
