Edit: it's not to say that I don't get greater satisfaction in seeing politicians get caught not walking their own talk, but I do not believe in unequal treatment under the law like some might desire. So, he crusades against prostitution and then commits it vs someone that thinks it should be legalized and then commits it? they should be prosecuted the same. But it's more fun to see the first guy get caught.

Here's how we do it. We subsidize the poor who cannot afford $5,500.00 per hour prostitutes. In order to make sure that it is satisfied, we place a price cap on prostitution - let's say $200.00 per hour. By submitting the whore to government review, we can ensure that she has been certified as satisfactory.

A licensing process must be created, though. And a licensing exam will ensure that she meets standards of performance. And periodic bureacratic oversight will be required.

Having access to quality, affordable whores is a public right. Why should it be available only to the wealthy? The poor are stuck with low-quality services, while the rich get great care.

There are several reasons.

First - he keeps being elected.
Second - there is good reason to believe that he didn't know about it and did not participate.
Third - he self-reported it and didn't hide it.
Fourth - He went to his district for a Q&A session with his constituents and answered every fucking question until there were no more.

Barney Frank manned up and did the right thing. That's why I don't hold it against him at all. He got a reprimand.
