TheAnvil 0 #29 March 7, 2008 What same old shyte is that? Demanding proof of a hypothesis prior to agreeing with it? Reading objectively? Having a better than average knowledge of statistics? Get used to it - I'm not stopping any of them. The 'you're just sexist if you're against Hillary' argument is just as goat-fuck stupid as the 'you're a racist if you're against Obama' argument. Misogyny shouldn't be a major issue of the day because there's really only one side to the argument - nobody supports it. Deal with it. Amazon 7 #30 March 7, 2008 Vinny you were beating on your chest and bleating on about the record of your poor brothers in arms who do not do that sort of thing.. DUDE .. deal with it yourself.. but YOU cant handle the truth over it yourself.. and read the material put out by the DOD itself It is still pervasive in our society.. but I guess its hard to see when its not YOU who has ever felt it. TheAnvil 0 #31 March 7, 2008 I did read it. Having a nice ability to digest statistics, I note an incredible improvement between 1995 and the year the report was published. With that in mind, when anyone quotes a # of veterans being sexually harrassed/assaulted and those vets being unhappy with the response the military had, if they don't state when the veterans served, they have no credibility with me. Different eras=different military climate. I've seen discrimination and don't like it. Note my abhorrence of affirmative action. TheAnvil 0 #32 March 7, 2008 That is interesting to read! I don't like it that race and Hitlery's gender are even issues. Maybe if hell freezes over and I have kids they'll see that day.
