So two weeks ago Billy Boy Clinton state that "stand by your man" Hillary needs to win both Ohio and Texas to win.

Now, tonight, with Texas too close to call and Ohio not completely a consensus call(*), Hillary is claiming victory and a win -- WTF?

Ohio is not even close even with some polls staying open an extra 90 minutes and collecting a whopping 5 votes thanks to some quickly placed federal lawsuits.

TX is way too close to call on the other hand and we won't know its status until morning at the soonest most likely.

I hate living in a swing state. I wanna know what the judge was thinking when he allowed th polls to stay open. Isn't he supposed to stick to the rule of law?
