GQ_jumper 4 #1 February 25, 2008 The one where they feel like he is lying, I don't typically feel that same way about EVERYTHING he says, I more think he's dumb than a liar. But anyways, on to my point, I'm watching the CNN debate right now and I'm starting to have a pretty good understanding of how you people feel, everytime Hillary opens her mouth I cringe and pee a little. Theres just something about her that makes me feel like I can't trust a thing about her. Anyone else feel this way?History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid. --Dwight D. Eisenhower

SpeedRacer 1 #3 February 25, 2008 The feeling I get when I see Bush talking is embarassment. It was worse at the beginning of his term. In his later years he's gotten a little bit better at speaking. But especially in his first few years in office, I would have to click away when I saw him give a speech on TV. It was just too embarrassing to watch. He's supposed to be the leader of the mightiest nation in the world, dammit!! I would think: "Shit, we've got almost 300 million people in this country, and THIS is the best we could do??" Zenister 0 #6 February 25, 2008 Quote I would think: "Shit, we've got almost 300 million people in this country, and THIS is the best we could do??" completely agree.. unfortunately it is a 'lowest common denominator game' and lately it seems that the majority of people want a 'leader' who they feel reflects "who they are"... as opposed to a leader who might actually be 'better, smarter and more knowledgeable' than they are (and therefore actually Qualified) to lead them. Seems like most of the people who would actually do a decent job of it wouldn't touch it with someone else's 10 foot pole.____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. georgerussia 0 #8 February 25, 2008 QuoteAnyone else feel this way? Yes. I used to think like "how could you tell such crap to people" listening to some Bush speeches, and even got an impression that he is not that smart and liar. Now when I heard Hillary the first time, I don't think like that anymore - comparing to her Bush seems to be pretty smart and truth-telling.* Don't pray for me if you wanna help - just send me a check. *

You know what is even more scary, all of you on this Bush bashing thread have watched your side get wooped by this idiot. If one looks at what he tried to do VS what those who said they would stop him have accomplished well shit, if he is an idiot what does that make those that opposed him?"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves."
