dannydan 5 #1 February 17, 2008 Where are the lines drawn when it comes down to our rights as citizens in these UNITED STATES? How far have WE strayed away from what the founding fathers of this nation invisioned and put down in law are we? Some say that our form of gvt was corrupt before the ink was dry on the USC (UnitedStatesConstitution)... Is this possibly true because of the federal arm over the INDIVIDUAL STATEs, or perhaps just because MAN is involved in everything and therefore whatever MAN touches becomes tarnished?? I have seen many court cases where defendents win on the state level but lose on a federal level! Is this not a form of "double jepordy" How much of the above do YOU really care about?
