And a few years back, a black president allowed a nuclear weapon to be smuggled into LA. On the plus side, he was smart enough to enlist Jack Bauer to fly it over an unpopulated area of Nevada, where it was detonated without loss of life (except for a plucky, formerly-assholish-but-now-redeemed-by-suicide agent.)
