It is a private school. I'd assumer her only defense to keep her employment with them would be that that was in the past, and she has since repented.... the normal appologies you hear from people once they are caught.

Private schools have the right to hire/fire whomever they want. they are not funded by the government, and therefore, set their own rules, hiring whom they want, and can hold guidlines for those people.

I believe we make a crap world with to much rules, and make more trouble in the way of truly free living! I do not say we should not have any rules, but humans have the tendence to overdue when they get to much power!
