It doesnt matter that the one man show owner/ carpenter knows nothing about steel stud work and doesnt even have the physical ability or willful desire to do the work. He just stands there hour after hour staring out at the horizon as I run the whole job. What a way to go. People giving work to you just because your from Chilie, and it makes the city's books look good. Why do I get annoyed? He doesnt even care about the project. The city already has another one lined up for him. He must be thinking "What a great country. I stand here for hours and get to bill myself out for $110.00 an hour."
