Northern Ireland - Irish or British?

Most Brits I know couldn't care less if Northern Ireland is British or Irish (it happens to be both) However it is a big deal to many people living in the province (though the majority really don't give a shite either way). The people who live there have chosen to be British, they have voted on it and do so reguarly so maybe you just need to get over it and stop getting misty eyed over something that doesn't exist outside of disapera myth.

We've already solved the issues of guns, immigration and the Middle East in here. Time to solve this one. There's more to those 2 isles than just bad food, bad teeth and the beta version of a language that was perfected in the U.S.

I have never been in favor of the PIRA, nor any
faction of Protestant Terrrorists.

They are all criminals, and actually do more criminal activity than people would believe.

Most of the problems in the north are the direct result of the Irish in the USA.

They sent money, guns, and lent support to terrorsists on both sides and yet went without being investigated or prosecuted.

So say whatever you like, terrorism is wrong.

If they all wanted to fight, wear uniforms, and quit hiding amongst innocents.

For the most part, all they are fighting for anymore is control over criminal enterprise.

Sorry for the error - I meant fat bastards but somehow missed the 'fat'. Hope that didn't offend anyone.
Now, regarding teeth, I missed that point on purpose due to its irrelevancy. I'm aware many American people on TV quickly sorted out their tooth defects before it caught on over here - but so what? Not really worth arguing over is it?

Regarding whether you're the good guys or bad guys? Taking into account numerous visits to America and having worked with Americans countless times - like today in fact, I can say I generally like Americans. The vast majority I've met and worked with have good hearts, and mean well. But.......
there's a very significant amount of 'bad apples' - as you'd expect from any nation. My issue is the 'problems' a lot of these 'bad apples' are causing. I'm pretty sure you might also share my concern.

Now, regarding pussies, in '95 when I was over in Fort Bragg your 82nd airborne were issued cards explaining why they shouldn't drink with us. In general it was because we can drink more and then we'd beat them up. Who are the pussies?

It depends on where you are in Northern Ireland and who you are talking to. The IRA, which one? Provisional IRA (PIRA), Continutiy IRA (CIRA) Real IRA (RIRA) or Oficial IRA (OIRA) all seperate groups and thats just some of the republican groups. The vast majority of people are against the violent struggle and its only a very small minority who support such actions and they are most likely the terrorists and thier families.
These days the people of Northern Ireland don't really care two shits for the 'struggle' thats done with. The only people who care about that crap really seem to be Americans who think they are Irish

'Oh really?' I've answered. 'Why don't you have a Scottish/Irish accent then?'

The answer? 'We'all, it's fram my Great, Great, Grandfather who once spent around 10 minutes in Scotchland/Ireland on his way to America.....' or some other similiar nonsense. Brilliant!
