Out of curiousity, I went to this site. Even clicked on one of their polls (regarding alleged anti-religious bias in the NY Times). After I clicked "No," I was re-directed to the page from the MRC founder & president affirming my agreement with him. (Uh, ... no.)
Guess the assumption is that everyone who takes the poll will agree with him (?).

The guy who runs those website is a classic....."queue Twilight zone theme"... right wing zealot....who would be quite happy with an American Theocracy

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brent_Bozell

In late 2001, Bozell and the PTC appeared as the subject of criticism in the book entitled Foley is Good: And The Real World is Faker Than Wrestling, a memoir published by former World Wrestling Federation wrestler, Mick Foley. Foley called into question the reasoning and research the PTC used to base their claims that the World Wrestling Federation and their presentations of televised wrestling matches were to blame for various deaths and injuries suffered by small children who were supposedly imitating professional wrestling moves. Foley also cited a similar study by Indiana University and claimed that the results of both studies did not suggest that professional wrestling was responsible for injuries.[14]

In addition, his conservative views on the media, especially within the Parents Television Council, have resulted in complaints about his involvement with the PTC condemning media content deemed inappropriate for children, even in shows not intended for children. Responding to two columns that Bozell wrote in early 2005 [15] [16], San Francisco Chronicle columnist Neva Chonin claimed that Bozell wanted to forbid offensive television programs not only from his views, but "from all our living rooms, choice and taste be damned."[17] Television Watch, an organization promoting parental responsibility for children's television viewing over increased government regulation of television, used a short clip of Bozell saying that the V-Chip is ineffective at blocking inappropriate television programs in a promotional video[18] released in July 2005 intended to claim that special-interest groups like Bozell's own Parents Television Council are using such propaganda to justify increased government control of the public airwaves.[19]

Outside of his PTC work, Bozell has also been a frequent target of criticism from the MSNBC news program Countdown with Keith Olbermann. For example, Olbermann named Bozell the "Worst Person in the World" for the November 30, 2006 episode for his claims that many Iraqi generals would disagree about naming the Iraq war a "civil war". [20] In addition, Olbermann has given Bozell the "Worst Person" title for other things such as supporting claims that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq[21] and distorting remarks made by Ted Turner [22] and Rush Limbaugh [23] In response, Bozell posted a press release on the MRC site claiming that Countdown "Preaches Hate Speech", for which he was given a "bronze" honor for "Worst Person".[24] Media Matters for America, a liberal media watchdog organization, has listed many other criticisms against Bozell [25]; most recently, Bozell was accused of supporting denial by Alan Colmes on the Fox News Channel program Hannity and Colmes that Ann Coulter, in her book High Crimes and Misdemeanors: The Case Against Bill Clinton, mentioned assassinating presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton, despite past discussion on the program that Coulter did indeed make such comments. [26] His questioning of the credibility of Hillary Clinton has also been questioned.[27]

Bozell's stance on morality has been questioned. Liberal commentator Paul Waldman writes that he was confronted by Bozell after an appearance with him on The O'Reilly Factor, profanely attacking his commentary on the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.[28] Also, Bozell was criticized for his role as National Finance Chairman in Pat Buchanan's 1992 presidential campaign.[29]

Ironically (?) ... or surprisingly (maybe?) … I actually agree with BMI's assessment & critique. Not because I think that environmental issues and climate change don't deserve attention ... but because I think they *do* deserve serious, non-fluff, non-vacuous attention and critical analysis.

According to the primary document/job ad (from journalismjobs.com) CBS News is seeking a "freelance" reporter who is:

"wicked smart, funny, irreverent and hip [emphasis nerdgirl], oozing enthusiasm and creative energy. This position requires strong people, reporting, story telling and writing skills. Managing tight deadlines should be second nature. Knowledge of the enviro beat is a big plus, but not a requirement."

Here's where I concur with the BMI critique: "So you would think such a job would require a science background or years of covering environmental news? Not exactly."

Apparently it's more important to have the right "vibe" than to be knowledgeable and able to ask insightful questions. [:/]
Guess one can adapt/morph the old adage of 'having a face for radio' ... I’ll be sticking with NPR and BBC on-line.
