In October, the North executed the head of a factory in South Pyongan province for making international calls on 13 phones he installed in a factory basement, the aid group said. He was executed by a firing squad in a stadium before a crowd of 150,000.

Can you hear me now?

Six people were crushed to death and 34 others injured in an apparent stampede as they left the stadium afterward, the aid group said.

Gun control? I never mentioned anything about gun control. Not here, not there, not anywhere. (At least that I remember.) As far as the humor ... it was either laugh or cry and I prefer to laugh (otherwise I would always be crying).

How do you know he was shot? Perhaps he was run over or stoned to death...

I think you're assuming too much here! They said firing squad, but they didn't say they actually shot him. Perhaps they pelted him with bananas or loganberries. Or used a sharp stick.
