warpedskydiver 0 #26 October 18, 2007 It seems to me the Judge was biased by her own personal beliefs and did not adhere to the letter of the law. To do so is a miscarriage of justice and should be dealt with severely as she failed to uphold the laws she swore to.

I'm sure it wouldn't be construed as cruel and unusual... CJP Gods don't kill people. People with Gods kill people
Zipp0 1 #28 October 18, 2007 QuoteQuoteYou have to admit, she wan't some innocent girl who got mugged in a dark alley. It makes no difference to me whether it's an innocent virgin or a prostitute who's slept with thousands of men. Rape is rape. QuoteHer intention WAS to get banged, so 'mission accomplished' I guess. So if I agree to have sex with someone, and then he forces me at gunpoint to have sex with his buddies too, then that's ok since my intention was "to get banged" in the first place? Of course not. Rape is a crime and these guys should be punished for rape. At the same time I have trouble feeling sorry for her. I feel sorry for the 4 year old that the sick fuck made videos of, etc. That guy should be killed in the most painfull manner known to man. I wrote out a long and thoughtful reply and IE locked up and I just don't have the time or energy to rewrite it. My initial reply on this thread was a bit flip for such a sensitive issue, I admit. -------------------------- Chuck Norris doesn't do push-ups, he pushes the Earth down. Darius11 12 #30 October 18, 2007 If all the facts are reported correctly then the judge fucked up big time. I am losing more and more faith in our justice system. We convict guys of rape when the woman involved is gangbanging 3 guys but says she might have to go home. This is after she has already fucked 2 guys, yet at the same time this girl who was held at gunpoint and (truly) raped doesn’t get the justice she deserves. Am I living in opposite world? But here are a few things to consider. Rape is a very sensitive subject. What’s the guys story? Do they admit that they held her at gunpoint and forced her to have sex? Whats there version of the way things happened. There are always two sides to a story and unfortunately the media never does a good job of covering both. IMHO It is rape when you are forced to/ or drugged to have sex period.I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
livendive 8 #31 October 18, 2007 Quote No. If she had agreed to all services and then they refused to pay at the end then it would be theft of services. Once she was forced at gunpoint to participate in sexual activities she did not want to be part of it became rape. What he said. There should be multiple charges, including (potentially) solicitation, rape, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The alternate charge lets these guys offend sex offender registration, despite them being the type communities should be informed of. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!"
