Granted the parents should have done a better job of watching their kid but the lawsuit is laughable at beat.The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help. I would think there is something more to this, maybe the officer was looking for an out for another reason. I also am basing my opinion on a media report, which is hard to do.
