Amazon 7 #1 September 23, 2007 DUH http://710kiro.com/Article.asp?id=168770&spid=7564 Report: WA Representative One Of Most Corrupt In Congress A Washington representative has made an annual list of the most corrupt members of Congress. Representative Doc Hastings, whose district includes the Tri-Cities and Yakima, is one of 22 members of Congress that received the dubious honor from the group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. Hastings made the list for contacting former U-S Attorney John McKay about alleged voter fraud in the 2004 gubernatorial election. The move seen by many as inappropriate, considering Hastings was chair of the House Ethics Committee at the time. THE LIST http://www.citizensforethics.org/node/30131 Members of the Senate: Sen. Pete V. Domenici (R-NM) Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) Members of House: Rep. Ken Calvert (R-CA) Rep. John T. Doolittle (R-CA) Rep. Tom Feeney (R-FL) Rep. Doc Hastings (R-WA) Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) Rep. William J. Jefferson (D-LA) Rep. Jerry Lewis (R-CA) Rep. Gary G. Miller (R-CA) Rep. Alan B. Mollohan (D-WV) Rep. Timothy F. Gravitymaster 0 #5 September 24, 2007 That Dianne Feinstein isn't on the list invalidates the entire selection process and the lists credibility. http://www.cagw.org/site/PageServer?pagename=news_porkerofthemonth

Taking exception to the list because it seemingly gave one corrupt Democrat a pass means Gravitymaster thinks "anyone that is not a raving right wing conservative is corrupt". Stellar display of critical thinking. Really. Quite impressive.

ryoder 1,590 #9 September 24, 2007 Something on that list caught my eye, so I did a bit of Googling. I didn't know CA had TWO comedians named "Jerry Lewis".
