As some of you old-timers know I give blood.

I believe talk is cheap and if you really want to buck-up you should put your arm where your mouth is.

I give blood as often as I am able to, I hope some of the blood I give goes to our brave boys and girls in uniform.

There is much trama here at home and abroad, if you don't give...Who will?
