Amazon 7 #1 August 26, 2007 http://www.news-tribune.net/breakingnews/local_story_219210228.html The chairman of the Clark County Republican Party — who last month was elected president of the Young Republican National Federation — has resigned both posts, apparently in the wake of a criminal investigation. On Tuesday afternoon, Glenn Murphy Jr. e-mailed media outlets a letter announcing his resignation from both positions, citing an unexpected business opportunity that would prohibit him from holding a partisan political office. However, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department on Friday began investigating Murphy for alleged criminal deviate conduct — potentially a class B felony — after speaking with a 22-year-old man who claimed that on July 31, Murphy performed an unwanted sex act on him while the man slept in a relative’s Jeffersonville home. 1969912 0 #2 August 26, 2007 Don't forget this one. Karl Rove's adoptive father was a homo with a penchant for piercings and cock hardware. http://www.boingboing.net/2007/08/18/essay_im_the_proud_o.html "Once we got to the point where twenty/something's needed a place on the corner that changed the oil in their cars we were doomed . . ." -NickDG
Amazon 7 #3 August 26, 2007 You do have to wonder about ole Karl..... and how well he understands the whole gay wedge issue. http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/channel.cfm?channelid=49&contentid=1917 "The thing I never understood about Karl Rove," writes Al Martin, author of "The Conspirators: Secrets of an Iran Contra Insider," "is that he wasn't married, and I used to know this guy in the mid-1980s. He doesn't look all that much different now than he did 20 years ago. But here's a guy that looks like a cross between Humpty Dumpty and the Pillsbury Doughboy. I never saw him with a woman. He was never friendly with any women and never seemed to have any girlfriends or go out on a date or anything. Martin continues his recollections -- "Karl would always hang around at the Rooftop Bar at the Mayflower, which is directly across the street from the White House where all the 'DOJ Pretty Boys,' as they used to call them, would go after work for a drink. Party of Closeted Morality ...indeed.. Maybe it really is the Gay Old Party after all.

mnealtx 0 #8 August 28, 2007 I'm sure there probably is (a list, that is)...but doesn't get as much 'play'. Something fun to do - scan the news sites for Congresscritters that have gotten in trouble - look and see where the party affiliation is mentioned. When it's a Republican, it's almost always mentioned in the first couple paragraphs. When it's a Democrat, it's usually in the last few paragraphs, if it's mentioned at all.Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706
