I'll bet they have a chapel on campus that's got religious stuff in it. I'll bet university dollars are spent maintaining it. As long as anyone can use the foot baths, (as I'm sure anyone can use a university chapel) I can't really imagine a problem with it.

The problem has to do with the extremist interpretation of The First Amendment. This is much ado about nothing. If there is enough demand to warrant providing these foot-baths for students, then they should be installed.
