jenfly00 0 #3 August 6, 2007 Quote In Iraq, for those who don't want to bother with the link to see the actual context. Yep, no big deal ...except those weapons are now being used against US troops AND an additional 2 Billion dollars has been requested to replace the weapons and replace/retrain the ones now fighting against us. I don't know much about war, but are we really supposed to train and equip the enemy? Strange rules. I suppose the money really isn't an issue cause Gawain informed me that the Iraqi cluster fuck is being funded with money that was just laying around unused anyway ...emergency appropriations, I believe he called it. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it". birdshit 0 #5 August 6, 2007 I would be more worried about the 12 BILLION DOLLARS that vanished in the 3 months that Paul Bremer was in charge of the Coalition Provisional Authority. I am not sure, but I think you could probably pick up a few black market russian nukes for that kind of dough... 'cause a whole mess of missing AK47s isn't really a big deal. Everybody over there already has an AK... FYI.

birdshit 0 #7 August 7, 2007 Quoteim sure they'll trace it back to cheney and haliburton Nah, Halliburton and KBR already have 18 billion dollars worth of no-bid contracts... And it's all 'legit'. Why would they need to sneak around like that when they have an ace up their sleeve? The money went somewhere, thats for sure... Where? Nobody is especially interested in finding out... I mean, its only 12 billion dollars.

KBR and Halliburton actually have the overwhelming majority of their contracts as full/open bids.Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim.
