While I disagree with you, I am trying to understand what you are saying. It seems that you have reached a conclusion on an inferred connection that lacks any direct connection. With all the letters and opinions written by our Founding Fathers, you'd think there would be at least one known instance of someone asserting that one of the purposes fo the Bill of Rights was to outline the "unalienable rights" expressed in the Declaration of Independence. There is a one connection tying those "unalienable rights" the BoR. It's in the Fifth Amendment, but that's not really what we're debating, is it?
