Andrewwhyte 1 #32 August 3, 2007 Quote What reason would we ever have to have your back if you wouldn't watch ours? Iraq has nothing to do with anyone watching anyone else's back. The war in Afghanistan was necessary because US got sucker-punched; the war in Iraq was because US was in a bad mood and wanted to hurt someone. Bull crap.. There was no threat. The US has never preemptively attacked another country without being provoked until now. It sets a dangerous precedent. In the time we have been tied up chasing our tails in Iraq and feeding our sons and daughters into the meat grinder, North Korea has developed and tested Nuclear Weapons. Iran has moved to the forefront and are hard at work at going nu-clu-lar. They Lied. Just accept it. Do some research on the "project for a new american century" or PNAC. This war was in the works long before Bush took office. 9/11 was a blessing to the bushies.
