Could you explain your line of thought there, I dont quite get why you are not nuts if you kill people for sexual purposes?

Because you can kill it for other purposes (like being paid for it), but then simulate it being killed for sexual purposes. There are several reasons for this, like leading the investigation away, or being able to use insane defense if you're caught.

There is a good example of such a murder in Arthur Hailey's Detective.

I can see a sane person commit murder (fuck, you should have the guy that bragged to me about relations with my little sister,thanks to friends I didn't kill him) but to do so in a way that you actually take pleasure in the killing, then you are nuts and need to be locked up in a very secure hospital, not killed. Mental humans are not rabid dogs and should not be treated as such.

I don't think it's that black and white. Someone with sadistic urges obviously has a mental health problem but that does not neccessarily mean that he cannot differentiate between right and wrong. If you can convince me that the person was incapable of realizing they were doing wrong then I will accept hospitalization. That even applies to pedophiles; they obviously have a disorder but I still beleive these guys know right from wrong. If a pedo realized that his abnormal urges might be acted upon then he would have the obligation to seek help. No-one will punish him for his urges unless he acts upon them . If he does choose to act upon them, then he knew that what he was doing was horifically wrong and deserves death.

My biggest handicap is that sometimes the hole in the front of my head operates a tad bit faster than the grey matter contained within.
