rmsmith 1 #2 May 14, 2007 Rudy needs to make a campaign stop at the wailing wall, don a yarmulke and pledge unyielding support for Israel like Hillary did when she was running for the senate seat. Royd 0 #4 May 14, 2007 Ain't it funny that when someone can get a job done, all of the problems are his fault, but when someone can't do the job[ Ray Nagin] it's someone else's fault.

Quote Exactly, there was no perfect answer to how to deal with the aftermath of 9-11 but Giuliani seemed to do a better job than anyone ele would have. No disaster of this magnitude is going to come without long-term effect for those involved, so rather than point fingers and find someone to hang for it why not try and find ways to help those still being affected later down the line.History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid. --Dwight D. I'm not sure why you'd call this a "hatchet job." It's just a newspaper doing its job, showing another side (albeit the downside) to Giuliani's handling of 911. Sure, he took the lead well and showed courage in the aftermath, but for someone who profited politically off the event as much as he did, it's about time a different point of view is shown. I commend the Times on this article. Be humble, ask questions, listen, learn, follow the golden rule, talk when necessary, and know when to shut the fuck up.
