That was my coordinate, it's the crater from Castle Bravo on Bikini Atoll.

OK I did some looking around.

The location is Okinotorishima

The 3 circles are islets reinforced by Japan to prevent errosion and sustain their related territorial claims, which China contests to some degree.

The rectangular area is a Marine Investigation and Met station on stilts buit by the Japan Marine Science and Technology Center.

And why is this in Speaker's Corner? Is there something political about that location?
