It would be more rare to find a business that doesn't. That's not to say that there's anything intrinsically wrong or right; just that it happens.

If every illegal alien suddenly disappeared, pretty much every business in Southern California would be severely affected. Even the big businesses that have fairly strict rules for hiring "employees" usually look the other way at their "outsourced" labor force.
