Sure, now that Cheney's political stock has finally tumbled to the point where he can't help Halliburton skim off any more cream.....

Oh, well, at least Cheney didn't get a blow job.

We're still waiting on the proof on THAT, too... maybe y'all will find some, sometime before '08...

You want proof that cheney never receives fellatio???

His demeanor is pretty good evidence but I guess it doesn't quite rise to the level of Reasonable Doubt. We're probably going to have to be satisfied with it however.

>meant the "skimming the cream off for Haliburton" part...

He gets between $100,000 and $1 million a year in cream. (And that's a lot of cream!) The proof would come from Cheney's legally-required financial disclosure statement.

My question is what difference does it make?

The company will still maintain a Corp office in Houston, and remains incorporated in the US. What difference does it make where the Corp HQ is?

The make support / log stuff for the oil industry and quite honestly we do not do near the amount of drilling here that is done in the the ME and Asia. My guess is it is a wise business decision and a cost saving measure as well.

But then again, I am not a conspiracy throrist. :-)

>What specifically are you talking about?

As of mid-2004, he had listed $398,548 in deferred salary from Halliburton - that's purely wages, not any bonus pay. So in terms of salary he gets over $100,000 a year from Halliburton.

Jan 18, 2001, he was paid $1,451,398 as a "bonus" under Halliburton's "incentive plan C" program.

BTW lefties...........your hero George Soros just bought $62 MILLION in Halliburton stock. :D

Does anyone here consider George Soros their hero? Just checking.

There's a lot of freeflier29 telling people their views today. His assumptions about me were funny. I wonder if he's as full of garbage this time too.
