This has been the subject of a lot of air time on the radio today. A number of opponents to the report state that it's based upon old (>10 years) data, but a quick look around any town here does show how rude, disrespectful and generally anti-social a fair proportion of kids are these days (or I could just be a cranky old codger).

Good point. Someone else made a good point about the less than objective way they measured the variables.

Even when considering those shortcomings, it is still pretty disheartening to see that both the US and the UK sucked ass in just about every single category.
