If he were a PR person, his performance would be based upon his congeniality, so his performance would be low. If he had a job where public interaction wan't important or if he / she were taht good, I would look past it.
Let's back up, you're making the subjective assumption and passing it as rule that she is this person that will cause dissension, which is your opinion. Do you think Bush creates dissension? Do you think virtually all politicians cause dissension? Isn't that their job? If they are too mushy and likeable might they be the type to, oh let's say, not sign 1 veto for almost 6 straight years? You are grasping, you can't establish she is a bad politician, so you creat this rule that she is intollerable and passes it off as fact. I can find reasons why Bush is intollerable, but I would rather rate him upon his performance.

Yea, I know Bush was a VN coward in the reserve during a huge war. I love when you guys flaunt the military, then when backed against a wall as with the Bush/Kerry deabte, run away from it. Bill Clinton was a war coward like Bush was and he fixed the country and had limited military issues too, so whta's your point? Good point, can I stick my head in the sand next to yours? With that logic, I don't need to:
- change the oil in my car until the engine blows
- monitor my checking account until the bank notifies me of bounced checks
- don't need to monitor my health until I have a heart attack, stroke, etc
