First time I've heard of a streaker greasing up to evade capture. Seems like he was up for going the distance.

actually that is fairly normal, at least for streaking at large 'public' events where you can expect to be grappled

how about 'let him go'? identify him and pick him up at home? not exactly a high priority offense.. and tasers HAVE killed.

shows a basic lack of training and awareness on the part of the officer, unfortunately the trend seems to be more common of late...

I'm not sure what "going the distance" means, but if it means streaking back to the gym to shower and change, then why tackle OR tazer the kid?

Doesn't surprise me. I lived in Westerville Ohio for 2 years - 9th and 10th grade. I went to that high school (my brother went to the middle school next door).
