It uh, sounds like the DoD agrees with you, hence the purging...

As for what the military and CIA have been doing with their letters, yes it's backhanded, and congress should tell them to knock it off. In the meantime, complain to the financial institutions, they don't have to cooperate with requests from CIA or the pentagon.

Yeah fuckin right. I cancelled AOL awhile back. BOA kept letting them charge my credit card. I cancelled the card and got a new one w/ no charges authorized w/o my EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. Guess what? Next mth. Another charge from AOL. I called the bank. Sorry sir. We don't know how they got that info(the new credi card #). All them bastards are in cahoots.

Was the card still with BoA?? If so, you have your answer right there. AOL had your "authorization" to begin with, so upon trying to charge you again, they had everything they needed.
