God is channeling thru Pat Robertson again

Recommended Posts

Yup, He's at it again.
Never doubt that God has a sense of humor. Of course He does. Right now He's standing behind ol' Pat making 2-finger "bunny ears" behind his head. Poor ol' Pat.

:|

Hey wait a minute...Pat's getting rich as hell off this crap. .... Holy shit:o....the joke's on us...:S

Pat Robertson: God told me of 'mass killing' in 2007

VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (AP) -- Evangelical broadcaster Pat Robertson said Tuesday that God has told him that a terrorist attack on the United States would cause a "mass killing" late in 2007.

"I'm not necessarily saying it's going to be nuclear," he said during his news-and-talk television show "The 700 Club" on the Christian Broadcasting Network.

"The Lord didn't say nuclear. But I do believe it will be something like that."

Robertson said God told him about the impending tragedy during a recent prayer retreat.

God also said, he claims, that major cities and possibly millions of people will be affected by the attack, which should take place sometime after September.

Has he ever actually predicted anything? Has he ever actually made a positive prediction?

Yes, he predicted that the world would not end in 2006. :D

I"m glad he got that one right.

Wow, that is both a postive and correct prediction. I stand corrected, he must be talking to God to make those kinds of predictions. :P

So, how do you tell the difference between a prophet and a whackjob?

When a "prophet" is wrong, then he is no prophet. Oral was wrong and therefore, he is no prophet, hopefully Pat will be wrong and remove the "prophet" hat too. Deut 18:12

Funny, you mentioned Oral! When he holed-up in that tower and said that 'if', he didn't get a million bucks... he'd die! Well, he didn't die. If, he and Pat are such 'prophets' and 'seers'... why, don't they win the lottery? :D:D

That's why I said Oral was proven to not be a prophet. Funny thing, the few prophets of the OT were not the type to live the high life as the modern day prophets do. I seriously doubt any of these modern day hucksters would want the job as prophet if we did to them what they did to "prophets" of old.

From the Article: PAT: "I have a relatively good track record," he said. "Sometimes I miss."

Obviously Pat needs to go back to Bible college.

How long do you have to wait before you can decide that the "prophet" was wrong and is no such thing?

Jesus said he was coming back and that was 2000 years ago. I reckon it could be a long time before Pat Robertson gets his "official whackjob" hat (although the unofficial one suits him quite well)

MOST prophets were speaking to their generation and therefore not too long.

JC said only God the Father knew the time of the Son's return. If you want to debate the trinity - we'd better start a new thread and get ready for some loooong writings. ;)

I looked into that before but there's only so much gibberish I can take before I implode.

You nailed that one! I don't think, any of them would want to be stoned to death for their actions. As for Pat... he needs to just go away. :D I think, Oral, already has. :D:D That phony, Al Sharpton (look at his track record) is another one who needs to go-away!
