Honest assessment at last.

This whole Iraq situation is like the guy who goes to Vegas, confident because he just read book he got online on card counting. Forty-eight hours later, he's lost all his cash and he owes the house every bit of equity in his house.

And the dealer asks "what do you want to do?"

Good analogy. I can just imagine the gambler going to his friend and saying "I lost everything! My house, my car, my savings. I have to eat! What do I do now?"

To which his friend says "hmm, you think you might have thought of that before you gambled it away?"

"WHAT? I need a solution here and you're just laying blame! Why do you hate me so much? Maybe I should borrow more money and keep gambling; I'm bound to win eventually."

"That seems like the same mistake you made before."

"Oh, so you want to just 'cut and run?' You want me to LOSE?"
