So following a request from the UK nuke thread I'm posting a new thread on the NHS (Britan's National Health Service) My views are as above. My views are based on a decades experience working within the NHS (Not saying that makes them correct, just thats what I'm basing them on).

Whilst I full support your view (based around my wife's experiences as a Nursing Sister), it will take money to get rid of the middle managing scum that have so weakened the jewel in our crown that was the NHS.

Unfortunatly the money will be spent by those very same people that we need to sack whilst they sack Dr's, Nurses and PAMS to save their own pathetic necks

That's one of the problems.

The hospital closures in our area stinks!! If the Huntingdon A&E closes, peoples lives on the A14 are going to be lost.... Aghhhhh.

I have the PERFECT solution.. not that management will ever allow it...

Go to the doctors and nurses in the trenches of day to day doing the actual work... and ask them who is the most useless above them in terms of value.. and then get rid of the dead weight that do nothing..... the people who are actually overworked are the very best ones to help cull those who do not.

Even in London that is a totaly retarded idea. A patient would have to travel that much further in London traffic to get treatment. That could make the difference between life and death. Not to mention the elderly or very young who might have difficulty getting to the A&E. Then what would we do with the patients that need admitting to ward or theatre? They would require transfer to another hospital and that would streatch even further a Ambulance service that is close to breaking as it is. Polititions should leave the NHS to be run by people who know what the hell they are doing. (Just as they should leave wars to be fought by Soldiers and not interfere there either)

They all need to get out more. Their [major] problem is that, every time that they (or theirs) need treatment, they get it, straight away, no waiting lists, no waiting in a queue with the great unwashed.

Their neighbourhoods are always well policed and groomed. Never a street light out or wheely bin left unemptied. They never need to use public transport and never wait for a parkingspace.

All-in-all their lives so are idilic and so far removed from ours and reality.

Yeas we can vote them out ..... but not yet awhile. Meanwhile, they will continue to fuck us over - BASTARDS
