North Korea can't reach us I think its a bit of an ill informed response from the people in the survey as it doesn't take into account proliferation of Nuclear weapons production including the obtaining of fissile material to terrorist groupings and hostile nations. GWB however has made the world a far more dangerous place by destablising a region that is on our doorstep. To get to the USA enemies in the midle east must cross the sea for us they need only to get in a car or on a train.
