I just watched a chilling piece on HBO that SHOULD scare the hell out of ALL americans.. but since so far.. with Diebold in the lead.. it has been in the favor of the Republicans.
With so many that do not care HOW they win.. just the winning is everything mentality I fear for the future of our democracy..

If this is ever proven to have happened... which the show how easy it is to change the votes.. we need some drastic measure in America to punish those who stole our democracy.

If the Republicans are benefitting from these deceptions, which most stories tend to indicate, why aren't the Democrats ranting and railing about this?

Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean have no problem criticizing the Republicans for the pettiest of reasons. Why do they remain silent about the possibly having elections stolen by their rivals?

No. If they don't investigate, they're negligecting their duties as a US Congressman. And if they're not willing to weather a little criticism, they shouldn't be there in the first place.

There are a number of claims of voter fraud in 2000 and 2004. If there were crimes committed, as the numerous websites claim, why haven't they been fully investigated and prosecuted?

They have and so far Ann Coulter is the only person prosecuted this far.

Because the winning party gets to write the rules.. and call for the investigations..... any calls from the Democrats have been stymied... hell you cant even get Bush or Cheney.. or any of their buddies under oath..

As I am sure you're aware, some have been. For others, there have been investigations (read the Conyers Report) but there has been insufficient evidence for prosecution.

Does the law allow that??? are they voters and do they live in the preciinct... that is all I want to know.. no matter if they are democrats or republicans..
personally I want FAIR elections.. where the best man or woman wins.. fairly..... with EVERYONE who is eligible to vote.. being able to do so.

AS opposed to something like this.

Recent news story about the registrations by companies who get paid for republican registrations.. and they throw away the democratic registrations.. over and over.

Same day registrations? not enough time to verify who people are.

Same day registrations? not enough time to verify who people are.

Evidently, that's the Michigan law.. if you don't have proof you live in the precinct, someone has to vouch for you. This group was offering to vouch for people.

As I am sure you're aware, some have been. For others, there have been investigations (read the Conyers Report) but there has been insufficient evidence for prosecution.
