so to keep the mad theory should we start providing nukes to all the countries that might have some disagreement with nk, were not at war with nk but i still think hes nuts

Well, please remember that the only nut who has started an actual shooting war recently is George W. Bush, and the outcome of that is a fiasco that has cost thousands of US lives, tens of thousands of the folks we went to "liberate" and a cost that will run to a $Trillion before it's over.

Nope, no need. There are enough allies with nuclear weapons around the world that NK will not get away with nuking anyone.

You and I both know that Bush or no Bush, NK would have developed them anyway. Their program never stopped after the Clinton deal.

I'm not pointing fingers at either President. I have lived over here (SK) for 5 years and have learned that Mr. Kim is quite the whako :S
