Zipp0 1 #51 October 25, 2006 While these morons were scaring a 14 year old dumb-ass, somewhere in the midwest a terrorist bought 900 pounds of ammonium nitrate from a farm supply store and looked up how to make mercury fulminate detonators with supplies from Rite Aid on the net. Glad we have our priorities straight. -------------------------- Chuck Norris doesn't do push-ups, he pushes the Earth down.

Wouldn't it be the death of a person over the deaths of many? I don't think it takes venomous cool-aid to see the logical merits of such a conclusion. That's one way of looking at it, but I'd bet $50 that she has no grasp of history related to the region, or its affect on the US, especially since 1979. On 9/11 this year, I got to speak in front of several high school classes in SoCal, the younger one's were idealistic, uninformed to a point, and in the "know-it-all" phase. Showing them my stump gave them a healthy dose of reality. The older ones (seniors) were far more moderate in nature, more mature it could be said, but far more "aware" of things around them and the consequences of one's actions. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! I can't take that bet, because I agree with you. What a cool opportunity, and your observations aren't all that surprising. I watch similar trends in the progression of skydiving students. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!"
