He wins my award for the time. SOLICITATION CHARGE: A Battle Creek man, 55, was arrested on a charge of soliciting a prostitute after he complained that the woman took his money without providing sex. The man told Battle Creek police he picked up the woman, who he knew from past encounters, near Battle Creek Avenue and Capital Avenue Southwest about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday. He said they went to an apartment and they agreed she would have sex with him for $10. Both undressed and she asked for the money but when he handed her a $20 bill she said she didn't have change. He told police the woman dressed and said she would go to a nearby gas station to break the $20. The man said he waited naked for the woman to return but when she didn't, he reported the larceny.
