lawrocket 3 #1 October 3, 2006 The Dutch Greenpeace arm is actually now in the "Consumer Reports" business. In a multinational effort (consisting of their partnership with France), they tested products for phallates, er, um, I mean phthalates (got it right). From France, they received the following products: 1) Cyper Pussy; 2) Penetrating Pleasures; 3) Spectra Gels Anal Plug; 4) Crystal Jellies Double Dong; and 5) Tarson Hi-Tech Stimulator. From Netherlands, they acquired; 1) Anneau d'Erection; (I think "Erection Ring") 2) Clitofing; (I dunno what that is) and 3) Super Satisfaction Massager/Vibrator Kit. Fellates, er, Phthallates, are used as plasticisers to increase the flexibility of these products products based on things like Polyvaginal ChlOral, I mean, polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Only the Cyber Pussy didn't have these phthaltes. The results are here in pdf format. Here, Greenpeace reports that over 3 million Dutch report having sex toys, lending more evidence to the belief that the Dutch are the coolest folks on the planet. The "long and the short" of it is that Greenpeace is lobbying for a ban on it for adult products (a guy was quoted as saying "Legislation is obviously insufficient." I've been called "insufficient" in the past. My wife is hotter than your wife.
AggieDave 6 #2 October 3, 2006 So you're saying that Greenpeace is against killing kittens?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
sundevil777 102 #3 October 3, 2006 OK, the disposal of PVC into the environment is baaad. You can pass a law against future production, but what about the products already out? So, just like the disposal of batteries, greenpeace could set up locations for the collection and safe disposal of sex toys. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
lawrocket 3 #4 October 3, 2006 QuoteSo you're saying that Greenpeace is against killing kittens? No, that's PETA. And the Christian Right. Strange bedfellows ("bedfellows?" I guess that would include ACT-UP). My wife is hotter than your wife.
AggieDave 6 #5 October 3, 2006 I really wonder what the numbers are around the globe for the amount of material produced and what impact it actually has on the environment. Especially in regards to a large amount of other manufactured goods that are produced in large numbers that are also bad for the environment.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." It does seem ineffective to go after the PVCs in sex toys, when automakers continue to us it for seats, padded door linings, etc.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. Wait a minute. That's just over 1 pound of sex toys per person worldwide. Adjusting for children and the elderly, it's probably about 1 1/2 pounds per person. Adjusting for those that do not like them and don't use them, that's 1 1/2 pounds per person. About right. Not that there's anything wrong with that." . . . the lust for power can be just as completely satisfied by suggesting people into loving their servitude as by flogging them and kicking them into obedience." -- Aldous Huxley
lawrocket 3 #12 October 4, 2006 QuoteSo you're saying Texas does have environmental protection laws? Sure - much the same way England has public health laws. It's a matter of enforcement, which is why Texas air is like a British smile. My wife is hotter than your wife.

I just weighed ours, and it came out to 2lbs 3/4oz. i left the batteries in and through in the lube so i don't know if this is accurate. i need more detailed weighing guidelines.
