quade 4 #2 September 17, 2006 Arrest or conviction? There's a pretty big difference. I only read the first page of the article, but overall I'd say that it's not only over-the-top, but actually actionable. The case was thrown out of court but the author calls the guy a murderer, which may be fact, but you still can't -write- that in print and not get sued if the guy wasnt' convicted.
