Well of course they're guilty, they searched republican's offices and the oil services company contributes to their campaigns.

Seriously, if there's wrongdoing, I hope they find it. It could end up being quite the shock to the state system up there, which is just what they need, too many people holding their hands out on projects the state needs to get done.
