Some via commercial air lanes, through either Turkey-to-Syria, or Saudi Arabia-to-Jordan-to-Syria, or Saudi Arabia to Egypt to Mediterranean to Syria or Lebanon. Some over land through Turkey via truck. The over-land truck routes through Turkey are made possible partly through bribes to corrupt local Turkish officials and partly by bribes of money and/or weapons to local power-holders in the more remote tribal badlands.

Yeah... So the "Kurdish Problem" hasn't so much disappeared, as become unfashionable to mention... Ever since the Kurds suddenly became "Plucky-Freedom-Fighters".

Isn't it about time that someone set out Dubbie's sock puppets and taught him that: THE ENEMY OF YOUR ENEMY IS NOT NECESSARILY YOUR FRIEND!!!

It's either that, or allowing for an independent Kurdistan, which would be a very special kind of mess!
