But ive seen people in the US refer to NEO conservatives and dont really know what the politics of this " grouping " is. The Neo-Cons also believe that the USA needs to establish military domination over the planet, which is the most expensive form of Big Government you can have. The Neo-Con manifesto regarding foreign policy can be found at http://www.newamericancentury.org Interestingly, before WWII it was the Republicans who wanted to keep us out of the war. They referred to the Democrats as "the war party."
