is that silly show still on???:o

I don't know if you've seen the latest 2 series over there... This time it's exceptionally sharp with some brilliantly clever scripts & high quality effects.

Ah! Wait a minute... Clever scripts! Witty Dialogue! No Rambo-style hero! No bikini-clad heroine! I'd forget it for US TV, although folk up near the Canadian Border might be able to pick it up.

Then again, it could make it to AMerican TV based purely on the body-count. The last 2 doctors manage to kill off extras even faster than Hollywood could using Clint Eastwood, Charles Bronson, Arnie, & Sly put together with the RMS Titanic!

Will Rose Tyler die!!?:o

Opinions before 1945hrs BST, Saturday.

Mike.

I watched the very first episode, in 1963, with William Hartnell as The Doctor.

I couldn't get into The Doctor until the last two series since they've REALLY racked up the production values (and the budget).

Have Y'All got the 9th & 10th Doctor over there yet? Christopher Ecclestone & David Tennant have been superb. The scripts brilliant. Billie Piper has been staggeringly good, far beyond expectations.

Anyway, now we know what happens to Rose. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. Only 177 Days to the Christmas Special.B|
