Phelps (no relation -- thank God) at a funeral service. BTW - NO ONE calls me Reverend, but I'm sure the news would think it catchy. Make sure you wear your camera helmet. If there's no video, it didn't happen _________________________________________

Richards 0 #56 May 13, 2006 I would really hate to see a decent fellow like yourself get a criminal record over fuckbags like them. As gratifying as it would be to see one of these fuckmonkey protestors picking his teeth off of the ground (or gasping/choking from a sucking chest wound), I think it would be a shame to see them get money from you out of a lawsuit. I do appreciate your sentiment however. Richards My biggest handicap is that sometimes the hole in the front of my head operates a tad bit faster than the grey matter contained within. mdrejhon 8 #58 May 15, 2006 QuoteIts bad enough they have to dishonor my father's good last name with their fundy wacko antics, but if the Kansas Phelps group protests the funeral of a Sapulpa soldier killed in Iraq I may not be able to restrain myself.Steve, You said you are a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. I totally support what the Patriot Guard Riders do to protect the funerals! Whether one is dove or a hawk regarding Iraq, the troublemakers are despicable in not respecting the sancity of a funeral. But I agree with billyvon. Surround yourself with some trusted Patriot Guard Rider members and they'll make sure you don't get out of control -- and the group you're part time would get WAY more good news coverage than the non-respecting group. I see Phelps protest a lot in Canada too at certain events (not funerals). Sometimes even in our city.

pajarito 0 #62 May 15, 2006 QuoteAll deaths are tragic, but this one is hard for me. As his pastor, I perfomed his marriage ceremony, I baptized him, and dedicated his infant daughter. If I see these guys protesting Brian's funeral I may lose it. A punch in the face certainly isn't Christ like or legal either, but if someone would pay my bail, I believe I can get forgiveness from the Almighty. Sorry dude. That would push my limits to the edge. Some people just need a good ass whoopin. They beg for it. Hard or near impossible to ignore sometimes. I don't think I could. steveorino 7 #63 May 15, 2006 Brian's family received his body yesterday. I went to see him at the funeral home. He looks pretty good considering the trauma he went through. I almost didn't recognize his bride. She looked as though she hasn't eaten or slept in the last ten days. If there was a protest, I will trust my PG buddies to do their job. Anything I do would probably bring more limelight to the family and right now they wish to mourn in peace. IF I were not a man trying to be like Christ -- I'd like to meet Fred felps (I'm NOT spelling his name like mine) in a dark alley somewhere. BUT I am a man trying to be like Christ so I will trust God to give me the strength to love the very unlovely. steveOrino
racer42 0 #64 May 15, 2006 After a brief look at their website I'm conviced this man is a psychotic anti- christ. He is the definition of false prophet. Your sentiments are completely understandable and your reaction is commendable.
