Second, I have not ever implied that you ar fond of a criminal but I do question your motives regarding GWB and this issue.
Third, you try to frame your comment is such a way that there is not other conclusion that a crime has been commited. I reject that premise as all the evidence that (I have seen) is out there shows no crime has been commited. Same tactic used in the Plame issue.
So, you insult and attack me (my impression), you put words in my mouth and you try to frame the issue so that only your point of view can be correct.

The government can now, at the click of a button, get a list of everyone you have talked to on the phone, how offen you talked, when and for how long, are you really OK with that?

It's really sad to see when some one has run out of argument and has been reduced to calling others Nazi's, Stalinists etc.
Reminds be of the time when I was young and working in a restaurant in the city and a rat came into the kitchen who had gotten into the strichnyne we placed in the basement. It was so sad to watch it flounder around on the floor all bloated and finally roll over and die. I've never forgotten that scene. Too bad, so sad.

I'm not the Solipsist who thinks the Govt. is interested in monitoring me. I'm not comparing people to Stalinists. I would think if they were trying to repress subversive elements in society many on here would suddenly stop posting. Stalin was a strong leader who invaded the lives of citizens for the 'good of the state'.
He would have not been successful without the support of lots of people who supported him in precisely the manner you support our current govt.

For the record though, if I thought for a second that this issue/story/load of bs had anyother driver than to undermine the president, if I thought that this was an illegal poorly thought out process of spying on us people, then I would demad action too.
