Not much news print yet That spot isn't bad at all, the winds were strong and that was the issue! It was just on the downwind side.

Total of 9 counts Not much news print yet Is this a suprise it shouldn't be he was guilty as if he committed every crime personally he went way out of his way to extort and evade the laws
tigra 0 #4 April 17, 2006 I'm not surprised by the verdict, although with all the jury difficulties and the length of the deliberations, I figured it could go either way. I still question why he wasn't removed from office and why the state waited until he was out of office to prosecute him. And I seriously doubt he'll ever serve a single day. The court system will be tied up in appeals for the next several years, and George Ryan will continue to stick it to the state of Illinois probably even after he's dead.
