Even in the days when the military was racially segregated, campus recruitment brought in a quality of educated officers who made the changes to integrate the services, if over a period of many years. Ditto for integration of the sexes in the military. Sexual orientation will happen eventually. If recruiters are kept OFF campus, the quality of recruitment goes down and you get a much more narrow minded bunch in the officer corps. Your humble servant.....Professor Gravity ! Nice Point - restricting the natural base of people from the military is just 'getting revenge' on the military for (the appearance of) not thinking in a PC manner. It's not constructive, it's spiteful. New blood and gradual change is a better way to fix things for the long term. ...
