It's a place where Saddam Hussein had massive WMD stockpiles when we invaded, where we are winning the war on terror, where most of the people fighting us in Iraq are evil foreign terrorists and not Iraqis, and where daily announcements are made about how swell everything in Iraq is going. It's a place where the constitution is waived only for bad people, and where the president is always right. Half the reason their neighbors are so permanently bent out of shape is because much like your belief system demanding that a fantasy is real, their beliefs demand that Israel can NOT exist. and it stubbornly continues to do so, and do so armed well enough that no matter how big a temper tantrum the arabs throw, they can't make it obey their beliefs and cease to exist.
