U.K Adoption Rules brought into 21 Century

From yesterday.... the adoption laws in the U.K became more sensible (IMHO).
Until yesterday, any unMarried couple that adopted a child could only do so in one of the couples name.
Now unMarrieds (yes, including same-sex couples) can adopt jointly...

If you're gonna stir up some controversy... Post about how these same-sex adoptive couples also KISS each other AND the adopted child!!!!!!!!

Sorry... this one wasn't a wind up or troll (makes a change) I know of a couple of unmarried people (straight)at work that have had problems having kids and wanted to adopt ... what a nightmare (i dont know all the details, but it seesm that they have had a hard time).... anyway now it looks like they have a chance.
